Issues with your order: If your parcel arrives damaged, shows any packaging defects, or has not been delivered by the courier, we are here to put it right.

Claim Period: You have 5 working days from the receipt of your product (or the estimated delivery date) to notify us of any issues.

Evidence Process: To provide a swift solution, please send photographs, videos, or screenshots showing the damage or incident to Info@natchanibs.com or via WhatsApp at +44 7867070005.
Resolutions and Refunds: Our priority is ensuring you always have your cacao. Therefore, we offer the following options:

Replacement in Kind: We will send an identical product or a combination of products matching the total value of your original purchase at no extra cost to you.

Gift Card: In cases of partial damage or logistical issues, we can issue a gift card for the proportional amount, to be used for your next Natcha Nibs experience.
Note: Should a physical return of the damaged product be required, Natcha Nibs will cover the return shipping costs.
