Step 1: The Ancestral Roast & Grind
Experience the alchemy of roasting single-origin beans and grinding them with traditional Molinos. Feel the texture change as you use the Pestle & Mortar to create the perfect, aromatic cacao base.

Step 2: Hand-Crafting Your Tradition (250g)
After the rhythmic mixing, you’ll hand-mold tablets specially designed for traditional Hot Chocolate. Experience a personal connection with the cacao as it sets right before your eyes, using organic sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3: The Art of Tempering (250g)
Move to our refinery area to master the Melanger. Learn to mix pure cocoa butter into your remaining 250g of chocolate to achieve that professional shine and satisfying "snap" of a perfect chocolate bar.

Step 4: Take the Magic Home
Your journey ends with a bag full of your own creations—500g of handcrafted chocolate—and a guide to continue practicing the ancestral art of chocolate making in your own kitchen.
